Several times a year we teach a live Landlord 101 class. In the class, we introduce the students to basic concepts that will help them be successful landlords. In this video we cover the basics of screening and choosing tenants for your rental property.  We also discuss strategies for addressing important issues such as fair housing laws and what to do when you reject a prospective tenant.
