Jason was a huge help for us in buying our first home July 2013. We had considered going with Redfin and actually saw quite a few homes with their agents (and came close to putting an offer on one). The Redfin process was very impersonal and the agent we wanted to work with only showed us houses once and wasn’t available when we wanted to make an offer, so someone else helped us.

My sister and brother-in-law recommended their agent, Jason, and the difference was worth not getting a Redfin refund. Jason both brought homes in our desired area to our attention and took us to see homes that I had found through Zillow and Redfin. He was always responsive, within an hour or two most of the time, and could take us out to see homes within a day or two. This was especially critical since we bought in a very competitive time when prices were still pretty low but rising. He was also extremely patient with us, as we weighed the pros and cons of buying a house, and even put it off for 6 months. I never felt like we weren’t a priority.

When it came time for us to buy, we knew right away we loved the house and he helped us get an offer to the sellers within a couple hours. He skillfully negotiated with the seller’s agent who said that there were multiple offers, and our offer was not only accepted, we also got the house at our counter-offer which was 15k off the listing price. Jason walked us through every step of the process, including coming with us to sign the paperwork and patiently answering all of our questions, multiple times if necessary. As first time buyers, Jason was a dream to work with and we couldn’t recommend him more highly!
